Just a couple of problems to sort, the shock reservoir won`t fit on the original fixing point due to the wider Ace battery box, a couple of jubilee clips round the subframe will do for now, going to get a new Hagon shock with no reservoir, so thats that sorted. The coolant overflow bottle is catchin...

Bit of an update. Got another YZF750 undertray, had to cut and plastic weld the Ace battery box on as the Ace CDI and another relay fix on the front. Had to move the fuse box and starter relay and re-route some wiring. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v428/rf9rider/Picture177.jpg http://img.photobu...

I have been looking for YZF1000 body work for my 750. Would you be interested in a trade? It is the one in my avatar. If not wanting to trade would you be willing to sell the rear section you took off? I think shipping price from here in the UK would kill you! For some reason, the prices are extort...

Managed to repair some of the bodywork, the top fairing had to be cut down one side behind the mirror as the other side had been snapped off. Out with the rattle cans! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v428/rf9rider/Picture045.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v428/rf9rider/Picture044.jpg http:/...

First job was to replace the forks, headers and radiator. Thanks to Ebay all replaced. The headers were brand new, stainless with no exup valve. The bike runs fine, if not better with the headers, sounds better too. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v428/rf9rider/4010.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/...

New Thunderace project
Its been a while since i got it, but sold my YZF750 at the end of last year and bought this, in need of a bit of work. Forks were bent, most of the bodywork was missing or trashed. Leaking radiator blowing headers and a bit more i can`t remember! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v428/rf9rider/4001....
