Re: Complete Rossi
If anyone has a right to be arrogant then The Doctor does! But he is not, he broke down in tears at his win in SA. The man is human but we have the privilege of watching his finest hour. i was not a fan of his before, but seeing him ride the wheels of that yamaha i know now i was watching something ...

SA MotoGP
Hard luck Ton Up, you missed one of the greatest races it has been my privilige to watch. Rossi has now proved to the world what a fantastic talent he is. He rode the wheels of that Yamaha to beat Biaggi on what was obviously a better bike. Rossi is the ONLY rider to win back to back Premier Class (...

money?
Could be the fellow has access to cheap s/hand R1 coils and begrudges the exhorbitant Yama originals price...

Sorry, I don't know if they fit but good luck. There are aftermarket coils which are said to do as least as good a job.

frzrnut hitting the nail on the head
Thanks for your post. Damn and double damn that means I need a UK lens and why are they so f*#[ing expensive? Don't they drive on the left in Japan? When (or even if) I get one I will not begrudge the price of a protector.

headlight (the continuing saga of)
Hi all

I originally posted this question under the real exup slot i.e. '89 to '95 models.

Does anyone know EXACTLY how the dipped beam works on the '93 UK FZR1000exupRU model? If it works through the bulb or casing i'm a happy chappie. If it is the lens (glass) then I'm screwed!
<br...

Re: exhaust sytems
You need to fit all the associated gubbins with the exup exhaust i.e. servo motor and black box programming.... sounds a horrendous job for the benefits. Why not trade up?

Re: Exup valve
Thanks for the reply henk, I am going to oil the cables as I discovered on the FZR '89+ bit of this site some more exup valve stuff and it seems they are expensive to replace. mine are probably original from '93 so suppose they have done well. Perhaps I should bite the bullet and replace them but fu...

hot stuff
Hi all
my '93 exupru gets well hot in town but as i live in a small town i have never seen the temp gauge go into the red, yet. i feel that radiator efficiency is degraded by the crap that flies on to it. as this is a fairly delicate lump of metal, i wonder if anyone has a good idea of the best m...
