Sounds like you have a blockage in the cap breather. Take the cap off and soak it in some petrol overnight and then run a small wire through the breather hole in the bottom of the cap. ok, ive found a zzr600 oil cooler at the back of a mates garage+ it looks a good fit, might have to use my imagination on mounting it but the plumbing looks the same, just 1 question tho. on the diversion( oil cooled version) their is a pipe comeing out of the rocker cover, is that a breather? were ...

Oil pumps are the same for the oil cooled and non. But the book shows a oil cooler adapter added to the filter, working in the same way as a YZF, but with external cooler. I'm not sure what the bolt does in the head, but it is specific to the 97 oil cooler model. Comments? http://i53.photobucket.co...

the bike is a standard 1993 yzf750, ive had the frame, swinger+ wheels powder coated in satin black.the tail is an early r6 race unit its only sat on at the mo tho, ive also got a r1 unit for it but it makes the bike look too long i think so im gonna use the r6 just need to sort sum mounting bracket...
