yes there was alot of broken pieces from the clutch basket and plates, the shop remove all the bits from the engine, but failed to inspect the gear box. They are doing this now. <p></p><i></i>

much louder than the newer bikes. I almost think they did not tension the chain right cam chain <p></p><i></i>

Cycle Shop cant figure out whats wrong
Hey guys,<br> I have my bike in the shop for repairs, my bike is making a weird noise like a hyvo chain, the shop split my case and look at everything and put it back together. the bike still makes the noise, they adjusted the values, put in new clutch basket and clutch plates. What are they missing...

Clutch Noise
Well today I had a tech look at my bike and the weird noise, looks like the clutch. When the tech open up the clutch basket it had a broken piece, and one of the plates were broken too, But he started it up to show me that the noise was still coming from behind the clutch basket. He ran out of time ...

thanks for the good advice, I have scheduled an appointment with a bike shop. On thing though I rode the bike around and notice it still makes the noise at any rpm its just hard to hear with the loud pipes I have.. but I will have it looked at by a shop and keep you guyz posted as to what it is. <p>...

Hyvo Chain replacement

Hey thanks for all the advice. I bought the o-ring and the gasket. so you guyz know if you special order the oil filter at Checkers, it will come with a gasket for the oil filter and a plastic o-ring instead of metal. this will save your about $7.00 from the dealer. <p></p><i></i>

Thats funny because it at Idel 1500 rpm and a little more about 2500 rpm. What is the starter drive chain. Is a costly repair? what am I looking at. I like to work on my bike myself where possible. <p></p><i></i>
