Your 3 closest would be (I think in order of distance) Mid-America in SW Iowa, Brainerd in central Mn and Road America in east-central Wisc.

I ALWAYS wear a helmet and it saved my bacon yesterday and it wasn't from a crash. As I was was passing a hopper bottom gravel truck (running with the hopper open) at about 70 mph, about a dozen rocks came flying out of the bottom of the truck and bounced up towards me. R6 in the 9's

It was Ricky Gadsen. All they did to the bike was lowering links, front end strap and -1 tooth on the front sprocket. Ran 9.7 something, not once, but twice.

He said for 2005 the R6 was THE 600 to have.

Ricky was and still is the 600cc record holder for 1/4 mile ET.

Well, after almost 2 months of farting around with this damn thing, it does turn out to be the fuel pump. On Saturday, I hooked the pump up direct to the battery and proceeded to pump out the 4 gallons in the tank. After about 1 gallon, the pump started oscillating in speed and after about 3 gallons...

Sometimes I can get it to start again but will only run at idle, if either the throttle or choke are move, it will die again. Other times it will not start ...
