That's the lounge room MsHap! Yes the dodads are my favorite as well :) The bead breaker bit doesn't work very well... A bad guesstimate on my part, so I'm doing an upgrade to the dangley thing. Found some really cool rim protectors at the local shop, so in the next few days I'll have it sorted, and...

It is going to be seriously good fun... Have you booked... You know we could just talk about it on the phone :ha You probably need to book now and check if entry into the grounds will be okay at 2 am... ? If not I will create a diversion.... Blow up a thunder box or something? Bring it on I say... C...

Last thing in the world really Bro. Though that golf club 60k job is sort of being offered... Martin the 125 gp man that runs the show next door, has left his CR250 MX bits with me to work on and repair, mod ... It will be much cheaper if he just employed me (lol) He mentioned a freind of his that w...

Tyred... (lol)
I was going to title the post "A not very interesting day in the workshop"...(lol) Well I have grown tired of taking my tyres and wheels to bike shops for the regular swapping and changing that goes on. I looked at what there was out there to buy, but found little that I was willing to spend my not ...

There you go :) Kiwi is heading over with Lyle next year for the supers, Stan and Kiwi have already spent some time at the races together, so indeed it really is a brotherhood, not forgetting Mshap of course... Fares are dirt cheap atm. About $1100 au return to LA, I lived in CA for a couple of year...

Hey Pacer, There's a bit of that over here. My road bike (TL1000) is just about old enough for classic racing now, and I've been that old for a long time :) Like minded people are fairly easy to find, either at meetings such as this one that Kiwi is show casing (they are spoilt over there), actually...

thanks for the heads up owdamer. Will look into it. I have satellite foxtel, but I'm not that happy about the $1000 a year It costs me to watch the supers when there is potentially so much more on offer. The main thing is that the ball is rolling again... Thank God (the motorcycling one)... The anti...

In warm conditions on dry roads I wouldn't even think or worry about it. Just go. Tyres are scrubbed in on the warm-up lap racing, at good speed. You're more likely to get yourself in trouble worrying about it and tensing up as you enter a corner because you feel something is not working for you, wh...

Should be interesting for sure. Sounds like Tosland is putting himself under undue pressure. I'll bet he is last again. I reckon Edwards is up for a good year, probably his last. Would be good to see him win a race. Wish our newspapers ran 8 page moto gp specials...lol. Wondering... which free to ai...

Hey there Yoniboi, thanks for the look in your shed! Hmmm, the Orange Patriot does it for me also... Very sweet ride. I recently acquired an 04 Norco Atomik a fair bit heavier, but the same sort of porno lines. I only use it to bang up and down the curbs down the street when I walk the dog, and to g...

It's not just tires Stan. How about the proposed replacement for 250's? Production engines in prototype chassis. The factories won't even have to be involved. If they are, will we see the innovations on our 600 production bikes. They are diluting/destroying their own niche, and standing on WSBK's to...
