are you sure you have seen all the kit brochures? the only kit manuals i have been able to get a hold of to review have been for the "c" level customer parts. the "a" level stuff was the super-secret factory only parts that were supposedly only available to certain people and deep pocket teams. juli...

well, they said they will still be producing YEC parts for the r1 and r6, so i am assuming we'll see a top privateer team handling the brunt of the money issues with "unofficial" factory support in some form or another.

and stan is right, the non-factory duck is flying.

7m 50 seconds is pretty darn quick, sickle.

however, sabine schmitz (queen of the ring) did the full course in a ford transit diesel powered van (the big euro version, not the new north american version) in 10 minutes 8 seconds.

f'ing amazing. a long time ago i took an msf rider course to make sure my skills were up to par. the head instructor at my course helped design the motorcycle highway patrol officer training course. the guy could ride like a bastard.

you would think they would give us a bit more to watch at than that, wouldn't you?

the honda v4 sounds great, but hondas (even this one) seem so boring to me unless they have "RC" in their name.

thanks for the vid don!

i haven't seen one moto2 race since the series started. i see the benefits in a "spec" series, but i just don't think it makes much sense to limit one item of a bike to one manufacturer and allow free reign with the rest. either make everything the same (chassis, motor, tires) or nothing at all. i f...

What was really refreshing was all the place getters didnt go on like F**K wits. They all waved at the flaggies, & the crowd, without the bullshit theatrics the likes of Rossi & Larenzo go on with. Really good to see the riders conduct themselfs like gentlman not fools! :P ugh, THANK YOU. i thought...

the only info i could find was the name of a company that MIGHT have created the original two ring kit piston. they are called IZUMI and were supposedly used by the v&h team here in the states. i found them on the web in taiwan, but i am not sure if they're the one. i'll keep looking for the info on...

spook, i'll see if i can dig up the name of the manufacturer that created yamaha's yzf750 kit springs/valves/pistons/rings. i think i might still have the email from another forum with that info. we have a member here with some really great experience building motors for the 750, his name is mike wa...

hey spook, i have talked with a few tuners here in regards to cam profiles and most agreed that when running kit type cam specs there were serious problems with the oem valve springs. something about a mix of harmonic problems and the inability to really control the valve when run hard. they all sai...
