Thanks for the enthusiasm guys. I love this bikes aesthetic, and the solid relationship it has to the yamaha's we love on this site. As you would be aware it's heart and soul is FZR1000. It's a beautifully engineered platform, and will be loved and enjoyed for many years to come.
Big Jon, I'm not surprised you like the yb11... how thunderace is it's styling?
And Michael, I never thought for a moment you where referring to myself.
As for Tony's acquaintance, or my friend racerstation, I just consider them individuals with exemplary taste and an obvious passion for the finer things in life. And while I have the chance...

The YB11 doesn't look at all like the ace. http://www.cybermotorcycle.com/gallery/ ... _front.htm
Unlike the equally beautiful, but somewhat familiar SB8R http://www.cybermotorcycle.com/gallery/ ... _front.htm
mmmm carbon...

I don't know... The YB11 shares some of the aces styling cues, albeit in a far more subtle way... especially the way the seat section is shaped. And it's heart and soul is Thunderace as well
Nice with its clothes off as well:

Yeah, the KB-1 was designed for the Z1 motor (903cc);
the KB-2 was designed for the z550 motor;
the KB-3 (mine) was originally designed for the z1000J motor - but mine's been fitted with the GPz1100 motor (external dimensions are identical with the z1000J, so it's easy).

If you still can't figure it out, Tim's (FZRDude) is usually really good and will probably post them up for you

Yes Yes I know, I said, I'm building a project YZF1070
Basement is done now, 850 finished and gone...
Gotta get the new siding up on the house.
Fixing the FZ1 up, cleaning up garage and then I might even begin
