I find it quite amusing that no one has given their profile out for Facebook. We've all just said "Yep, I'm there"

JJS, Hooli, Onionburn, djalbin, YZFRob, Oldamer, Boz, Koma, Tomabautisa (sp?), Rene', EXUPElvis, Silver's widow, I'm sure theres one or two more.....

Wouldn't matter if I gave my FB identity thing out anyways Tim as I barely ever use it, I like to call face book, waste book really. My space, msn, yahoo, this shit, that shit. Man, somedays I wish the computer/cell phone were never invented, it'd go a long ways into helping people return/restore their relationships back into relationships instead of:

texts
emails
messages or someother derivitave of a message.

Hell, even when people do communicate we manage to misinterprut what % of what's being said? Let alone, having to completely bugger up the small percentage we manage to perhaps understand, by adding computer monitors, cell phones, keyboards with the inability to put down emotions and feelings into the "oh so easy" to understand English language and then the poor sod on the other side who has to decypher it!

It's no wonder the world's going to hell in a handbag, no-one even knows it's on it's way cause we're to busy checkin' our friggen messages!

I'd say that 85% of the people that are on my Facebook are people that I went to school with or their parents.

LOL that's no good that you're feeling poorly. Hope you get it sorted out
without a root canal!

I think we all know it's a fine line between using these computer type things
to communicate and enhance our lives when we want/need to,
versus being tied to them to respond to every little thing and wasting our
lives on trivia.

Reminds me of the story of the PHT Pirate, in "Cyberiad" by Stanislaw Lem.

Thanks fellas,

Bit better now that I was able to get in to see a dentist and get some antibiotics. Yup Root Canal and Crown time it is for me! Happy Summer eh? Could be worse I guess, I could need dentures!

The mrs set me up on there, I get on & chat to ex races I havent seen in 20 odd years. Great way of catching up with old & new friends.
