News reporter says "Troopers are investigating to see what roll, if any, speed played in the crash"

He survived. He is in critical cond.

WOW! Only reason he's still alive is because car spun in the air and hit with the back/side instead of head on. And if he survives I'm sure he'll be facing many charges...

Well even if he does live, I don't think he'll be driving soon. Pretty unreal that he survived though. If he hit the brakes mid air, I'll bet that's what spun him from hitting head on.
