Spook, that is at one of our local tracks in Nevada (Pahrump), an hour outside of Vegas. It is a fun track. The guy with the camera owns a local shop. He is a decent guy, his head mechanic can be a bit proud of himself. Watch the full video and you can appreciate how fast those two are really going.
