I wouldn't say that cause that would almost be like gloating or bragging so I didn't say that: instead, I'll say that the Appeals Commission found that their previous decisions made on my behalf were not correct and that they needed to reconsider these. What does this mean for the fellows on the forum? Mostly, I won't be as bitchy, nor as depressed.
