The slip alone costs $2700 for the year. ouch
Boating can be fun, relaxing, adventurous, etc ... but it has been described by many boaters as a "hole in the water that you pour money into"

Nice boat ! Just watch out for the weekend wonders out there !
When I met my wife she was living on a 60' houseboat on the Toms River in New Jersey. She had a 16' runnabout and a Laser as well. The Laser was a lot of fun as it's only 13' long and has a 20' sail. Very fast in a good wind. Unfortunately the weekends got so bad with wannabe sailors that we'd do anything to stay away from the waterfront. Someday I hope we can afford a decent sailboat though.

The 2 best day in a Boaters Life.....
1. The day you buy your boat.
2. The day you sell your boat.

I had a 21ft Kona flat bottom jet boat for years. Had a very built Keith Black 454 with a Berkley drive.
I sold it to a friend for three times what I had into it.
I can relate to Tims thing about the two best days.....
