re introduction

Post by stan »

Hi all,

although i've been a member on here for some time, i usually post on a UK based FZR fourm.

My current bike is a 91' FZR 1000 which is my daily ride, as i don't have a car! I've been riding and racing FZ/FZR's for about 20 years and i love em.

I felt a re-introduction was nessary as i feel it's time to broaden my posting horizons, instead of posting on the one site. And i see there are some members on here from my home town of Melbourne.

Looking foward to joining in the fun

:welcome :welcome

Welcome back to the 'hood, Stan ! Got any pics of that FZR posted ? I'm a daily driver myself and though I've never raced anything on a track we do have this road called I24 where driving slower than 70 mph is strongly discouraged by everyone except the police. I ride a 120 mile round trip everyday to work and back.

Hey Stan.

Welcome from a fellow Melbournian. I've got a '88 FZ 750 since 2001 or so and I've had my '95 YZF 750 since late 2005. I bought it from Perth and rode it back.

Have to catch up some time.

Yes Yes I know, I said, I'm building a project YZF1070

Basement is done now, 850 finished and gone...
Gotta get the new siding up on the house.
Fixing the FZ1 up, cleaning up garage and then I might even begin
