Anyone know of any motorcycle related events in the Chicagoland area this weekend?

The reason I ask is that I was headed south on I-355 earlier
today when I noticed 4 or 5 sportbikes headed north that were being
followed by a couple of motorcycle cops.... I thought, wow they are sure
watching them closely... Then I noticed that behind the motorcycle cops
there was a very large group of sportbikes (for like the next 5 minutes
solid), must have been 500 to 1000, maybe even 1500 riders all on
sportbikes with a few squadcars here and there..... It was pretty impressive!

You probably seen the Q101 Rocket ride. We got bets on how many were arrested for stolen bikes. Seems alot of stolen bikes end up on that ride.

That must be it. I checked out their website, and looked up the route.
It was today and it went right up I-355.

All I can say is WOW, I've never seen so many bikes riding together.
They were all behaving themselves too! Thanks to the Illinios State Police,
I'm sure...
