Al right, so i've sold my belovered FZR to sbutler, and i'm so glad he is enjoying it. It would have made for an interesting thread if it didn't work out that way

anyway, i've already gone and got a replacement: its a Scott Sub 10

Looks like a good'un, not that I know anything about bicycles.
I do prefer bicycles for exercise over running, because the scenery
changes more rapidly and I feel like I'm making progress... it stops me
from being bored. When I get bored exercising, I just concentrate on how
much it hurts/discomfort, and I don't want to continue.

Hmm, maybe I should start the Distraction+Entertainment school of fitness.
I should be the first pupil! :P

Ah well stan, after a few months riding that, your power-to-weight ratio
should be massively improved.

Basement is done now, 850 finished and gone...
Gotta get the new siding up on the house.
Fixing the FZ1 up, cleaning up garage and then I might even begin
