Throttle question:

Post by thewyatt »

My brother purchased a 1/4 turn throttle instead of 1/5 turn on his HOnda F4600.

Now this is a very cheap(susposedly) upgrade but very nice. His cost like 60 bucks. It came with the throttle cables(push and pull) throttle handle.

Does anyone know where to find them for yamaha's? let alone a FZR600 1990? or what might fit on the FZR600 1990? Maybe another manufacturer will fit on our bikes?

Jus thought I would ask as you guys/gals would know!

thx 'n advance

This was discussed quite some time ago, and there is a company that makes them, but I cannot remember at this time. If I come across it, I'll post back.

<img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v209/ ...
There are some who call me........Tim?
Director of Entertainment Eddie & the Cruisers
1994 FZR 1000

I find that the Excitement Level is in direct proportion to the position of the Needle on the Tachometer.

Motion-Pro makes them but they are not classified as 1/4 or 3/8 turn....that would be different for each set of carbs. they are clssified as degrees of sweep.
At any rate , Motion Pro has em
Get em through those guys or Pro flow, or Ryan Schnitz or whoever else you like

Jim
