Is it possible for anyone to tell me why there is a search link on this site yet it isn't worth a pinch of @#%$?

Because it is a "Not-So-EZBoard". The search engine really sucks here, but cannot be fixed by us.
<img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v209/ ...
There are some who call me........Tim?
Top Speed = Mach 0.197 or so...
1994 FZR 1000 <img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v209/ ...

The search engine here is.....inconsistant.
Sometimes it allows a search of every page in a forum, sometimes it can't find anything. 'tis strange.

One thing you should be able to do is search only this site from Google by doing this- say you want to search for "dogbone". You type this into Google: dogbone site:exupbrotherhood.com But, the problem is that it only searches the members list- so you'll get nothing<img src=http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v209/ ... ng_sad.gif ALT=":sad"> If you just typed dog site:exupbrotherhood.com you'll see the members who mention in their bio's that they have a dog Not particularly useful.<img src=http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v209/ ... ng_sad.gif ALT=":sad">

I THINK the problem is that exupbrotherhood.com doesn't really exist. It's actually part of ezboard.com, and the way it's set out seems to baffle Google. Any suggestions? What is our actual URL? It seems to be something along the lines of p072.ezboard.com/fexupbrotherhood but if you type that in it doesn't work????

but if you leave out the /fexupbrotherhood it seems to work better assuming you give a few search criteria consisting of at least several characters

I submitted the our ezboard presence quite a number of months ago for google's spider engine to crawl and cache
-John <img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v485/ ...
1995 FZR1000
1990 FZR1000
1990 FZR1040
