what should my thunderace be jetted at?

ok so i need to now what size jets to use on my thunderace. i did the weisco 1040 kit, has a hindle header wih a boz bros slipon, K&N filter, and the carbs have a factory pro jetkit. i got the carbs already jetted and there at 130 on the outers and 127 on the inners. when i am riding and pull in the clutch the idle stays around 2500, sometimes it will drop to under 1000, but it does not like to idle it will stal out. what should i have them jetted and sychronized at?
