Nice 89....one of my favorite schemes....and I like the tires. How do you find those tires for wear and grip ?

Seems to be raised in the rear...and with USD forks. NICE!

Your profile says 'my fzrs' - do you have more ?
-John
95 FZR1000
90 FZR1000
Edited by: <A HREF=http://p072.ezboard.com/bexupbrotherhoo ... >jjs777 at: 11/13/04 10:40 pm

I only have 150 miles on them. they seem as good as any so far. I will really give them the test when i go to daytona for bike week!

exupstart those tires are of a retread design...but I believe they are quite decent from reviews that I have seen. I would probably not do a track day on them but all other riding this side of 180mph should be good

www ...
-John
95 FZR1000
90 FZR1000

I have just purchased r1 calipers for my 89. I hope they work better than the six piston?

by all acounts they should work quite well. I have not tried the R1 calipers (fitted to fzr) but I do like the 6 piston very much fitted to my 95 and both 90's

try searching the yz750 forum for good posts on the 6 piston vs R1/R6 caliper debate.
-John
95 FZR1000
90 FZR1000
Edited by: <A HREF=http://p072.ezboard.com/bexupbrotherhoo ... >jjs777 at: 11/25/04 8:05 pm
