So will you own up to being 'Jim' ? It's my best guess!
-John

Well seeing that your an admin and can more than likely see more in the profile than most. Chances are that be me, unless you are refering to a different 'Jim'

Not as much fashion as wifes input when having the Vanson street/track combo made. When the wife found out that having the leather colors changed when they were building the suit is simple (40 to choose from). She broke out the supplied leather color samples and colored pencils. Started sketching what she thought would look good. She would not go with any thought of plain black (not visible enough at night). So went with this color setup for a compromise. Works for me. <img src=http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v209/ ... iker_3.gif ALT=":riding">

Nope...even as admin I am unable to see the username.

I was guessing since if your 'jim' from bikepics.com with the bragging rights on over 17,000 view hit counts - then I am applauding those pics! I had recognized the description of 'factory ten jet kit' etc from both posts and was eager to find out if it was the same.

So if thats you doing the wheely's on bikepics..then let it be said here. Those pics were partly my incentive for going and finding myself a 95 as yours and staying with the FZR after all these years.

-John
Edited by: <A HREF=http://p072.ezboard.com/bexupbrotherhoo ... >jjs777 at: 8/23/04 4:45 am

The track pics are from New Hampshire International Speedway approx. 2 1/2 week ago. The three wheelie pics (Slipstream) are of me from about 1999-2000.

There is another one a jim whipple from Washington <a href="http://www.bikepics.com/members/dragrac ... . Not me, no extra stickers on my bike. I have some others of the day I was doing the wheelie pics I'll have to go look for them and scan in one that isn't posted....

heading to epping again...friday night 08/27 and I'll bring the 95. You feel like making the trip? I'll be there.

What have you done in the 1320 on your 95 with/without the factory 10 jet kit ? The one time I have taken my 95 up to the track I did a 11.3 @ 125.5x. I think thats lousy and wonder if adding the jet kit might net me some good gains as it seemed to have worked out well for you.
-John

Will be at work. Work at a power plant, work a 3 on, 3 off, 4 on 4 off schedule. 12 hr shifts Every other Weds, then every Thurs, Fri, Sat.

The only drag racing that I have done is on the TERESI DYNO DRAG. Your strapped into a dyno for the run. Don't really have an intrest in running the bike at the drag, but may at some point take a run up to watch. Been years since I've been to Epping. If you try a track day at some point you may convert or end up getting hooked on both. Nothing like making the bike do what it was made for, going fast and laying it into a turn and tossing it into the next. But if I do go to Epping at some point, I will let you know and bring the Digi for some pics to post on the site.
