nice that you have gotten through the trouble in getting the YEC parts!
how about the throttle assembly? looks std to my eyes? why not go with an quick gas jobbie? I found that an quick gas is the preferred way to go with this gen. yamahas as the travel of the original is so long it sometimes requires a "second" twist of the wrist in order to come out of curves proper. or do you also have the fcr39´s/41´s

It's a quick action throttle, it's just the twistgrip that has another ratio to it.
And along with the FCR 39:s i've got a very short (about 50 degrees from closed to wide open) but heavy working throttle.
I would get a more speedy looking housing but that would'nt be yec so i'll have to pass on that for now anyways...
Keep it wide open at all times!

my eyes are blind to all but speedy looking bling items... ;)
i experienced some difficulties in an r6 quick action throttle with it also being too heavy working and thus changed it over to the original. the quick action was not good in endurance, but still better in quick races.
