Hy i'm Marcel from Holland, and i have been working on my FZR for some mothns.
When i boucht it, it was a bunch of crap. Lot of parts were missing and the looks were not that great...

My modification:USD front fork and swing arm and rear wheel with an 5,5 wheel from a suzuki.
Digi dash, R6 front fender that i moddeled so it fitted on the original FZR side panels. Feul tank of an YZF750, the seat is from an R1 2002.
Frame and wheel are sprayed in black grome, and the bodywork is sprayed in STANDOX liquid silver.

and when you put all these parts together you get this:

So if anyone has any advise or tips about my bike, about some things that needs to be changed, please let me know!

That looks superb. Excelent result on the fairing!!!

Why do I live in a country where the traffic laws don't let me change anything??????

Hi Flying dutchman, Your bike looks great. Can you give me any info on the front fairing conversion and what model bike you have? I am looking to do the same on my 91 fzr1000. And any info would be great. Thanks :D

Sure! :D
I have a FZR600 from the year '89.
I've welded the top pieces of a pair of R6 side panels to my fzr side panels so the front fairing from the R6 fitted.
I had to do this because the front fairing of the R6 is wider than one of an fzr.
To weld i used a secially made fohn? i don't know what the englisch word is for it.
My englisch is not so good, so sorry for the poor translation.

If you want more info or pictures you can also send me an email, my adress is marcel1982@wanadoo.nl
