i have looked at this site for sometime now but never really had good reason to post until now.
thought you guys might like what me and a couple of mates are up to.

spent last season helping my mate out with his laverda racing in bemsee thunderbikes,
now I'm gonna have a bash myself.....if all goes to plan
and i will be competing on a yamaha FZ750

we are going to see what can be achieved with no money and only half a clue, and we're recording it in a blog, to use as proof just in case nobody believes us at the end of the year... check it out.... hope you like it

had a great time at Brands Hatch for my first race last weekend.
i have updated the blog so you can read about it there.
quite a few new picture too.

getting ready for Lydden hill next weekend.... I can't wait! Dancing Banana

well after a good weekend at Lydden hill, looks like I will miss the next round at snetterton as I have busted both engines on the dyno,

nevermind....it has given me a good excuse to tune the thing to hell!

probably miss the following round at Cadwell but hoping to be back out for another round at brands

I will keep the blog updated with news of how the engine rebuild is going

sorry to hear you blew both motors!! i guess three might have been the magic number in this case.

Thanks for your interest!
Off to Cadwell park this weekend with a newly re-worked motor that should be putting out 20 bhp more than I had before. So I'm hoping for some much improved results over where I have been finishing so far this year.even more bhp's to come a little later in the season I hope, to get the thing up to the power to weight limit. Should be putting out close to 90bhp this weekend wit a final total at around 105 depending on the weight we hope to loose.
Will be updating the blog soon after the racing and am hoping to bag some decent photos!

had a great weekend at Cadwell. bagged my first points of the season with some good results including a 9th place.
The bike is coming along and things are looking good for the next weekend meeting at Brands hatch.

Looking forward to the up coming feature of Thunderbikes in Performance bikes magazine.
I think I may even get a slot!

well the Brands round turned out to be quite mixed in fortunes. Bit of a mad weekend and my first real experience of riding in the pissing rain on real race wets .... wow!

up-dated the blog.... Some new photos from Cadwell, of which some are truly excellent! and some good'uns from a wet Brands too!

Still a lot of messing with the bike and more on-going development. Keeping a 22 year old bike happy really is a full time job!

Brands GP circuit test and tuition day coming up.. missing the next round at pembrey, but will be looking forward to finally getting a race at Snetterton. I'm really looking forwards to that one.
