Nicky in doubt after a big high side, Pedrosa down the grid after taking the brave pills, (he's riding a Moto GP bike and hasn't been able to bend his left leg for 4 weeks following a skin graft!!!), and Marco a respectable 11th place on the Hayate

Stoner has been lighting quick in all test sessions, and if reports are correct, done it one handed, and again qualified on pole for Qatar, but Rossi as always is taking about small cahnges and being able to shift it up a notch

Well, when the flag drops, the bullshit stops, go Casey

the question now is will we get to see it, and when/where

It is being shown live here in OZ on our new HD channel ONE, at 3.45am for a 4 am start Tuesday morning

We did get to see the shortened 250cc race, and apparently the 125cc race was a blistering 4 lapper, with half points awarded

I've said it before, i'll say it again..........Go Casey

We are not going to get to see it in Tasmania as the ten network decided not to introduce their new HD channel "ONE" to the state, citing "no demand"..

It was scheduled for replay Monday morning on their SD channel but after the postponement I can't find any reference to it now.

It doesn't look like we are going to get to see it down here.. Thanks for the offer of the tape.. No need to go to the trouble of sending a tape, I will get over not watching it.. In fact I will go for a two day ride at the weekend

Not sure that race would be worth taping. Other than de angelis smashing into the side of pedro, and capi loosing the front there wasn't much to talk about.

Great result for us over here... I reckon Rossi's body language on the podium, was worth watching the race for. Poor old Tosland, the commentators are already talking about him being replaced next year by Spies.

I'm watching the Supersport race (Valencia) atm.... Now that's racing :)

And i would guess those are the same commentators who were ready to replace CE with Spies last year?
Theres another 16 rounds to go yet.

It disapoints me that people call Moto GP boring, if you want handlebar banging, paint swapping racing for sure watch WSBK, if you want to see THE BEST riders going about their craft, then Moto GP is where it is at

Qtar might have been "boring" for some, but Stoners performance for me was just amazing. Rossi said he settled for second, and Edwards things someone should put something in Stoners drink!

Bring on next weekend

Perhaps some-one has already put in some "RED BULL". :)

I'd prefer to see fairing bashing and bikes sliding about all over the track, but I wouldn't label Motogp as boring. Some races can turn into a bit a a procession, (the ones where stoner wins spring to mind) but I'll watch them all the same. I'm not a huge fan of stoner but i'd be the first to admit the guys got talent. Everyone says that stoner simply opens the throttle and lets the electronics do all the work, but if thats the case why aren't all the other ducati riders running at the front? I was watching haydon on tv in the final qualifying at qatar last week and I wasn't surprised when it spat him off. I'm surprised he stayed on so long. The back of the bike was pumping up and down like crazy coming out of the turns.

Montegi this weekend, reduced time on track due to rain, and no qualifying session, hmmm, should spice things up abit

Still Casey for mine, but a reduced margin this time to Rossi

IMO Channel Ten should be shot for their pissy coverage. Disgraceful. 50 min, 3 add breaks, not even enough time for the presentations. No 125's 250's or even interest in the presentation... They reckon they are the sport station???? Just a colloquial rant.. :angry

We definatly get better coverage of the Euro events at 3am

Shit coverage maybe, but the racing was good, nice to see Vale get out paced, and where did Pedrosa come from??

Shame for Edwards, his bike defulted back to a wet setting and he just went backward very rapidly

Off to Spain for the next round, lets see what the Spainiards can produce
