I just got home from the NZ Post Classic Racing Association AGM where they announced that there has been a container booked and paid for by one of our sporting foundations to take bikes to the 2011 Barry Sheene Memorial Meeting at Eastern Creek, Sydney, with no charge to compeditors!!!!!!!!!!!!( and they'll even bring them back again).

I sat down with my wife, and after about 2 seconds thinking, she said JUST BOOK IT, and so I've just sent an email asking for 2 places to be reserved for my FZR and Duke22's as well.

WOO HOOO - the kiwi's are on their way. :banana :banana

He's well versed in the art of "cliffing sheep", that's why his bike has been on the garage wall for years, too distracted. :poke

Hey spook, here's a chance to buy you all those beers that are owing :)

While at the AGM, they were saying that there have been conference calls between NZ, Aussie and England to get the rules aligned for future multi-national meetings, which can only be a good thing.
Plus the NZ Post Classic Club have now booked the southern hemispheres newest track, Hamtopn Downs, http://www.hamptondowns.com/ for March 13th for a potential extra international meeting between PI and the B Sheene meeting - if any of you boys are interested in hopping over this side of the ditch. :banana

Count me in (the racing that is, I must say I think our cousins across the dutch are very patient when it comes to endless sheep jokes I would have spat the dummy about a decade ago if it were me. I like NZ, its like my native Scotland. Invercargill - horizontal drizzle - fantastic, makes me come over all misty-eyed (that'd be the horizontal drizzle)

Actually Jason, when Steve asked about the sheep, I thought they were for his own use... ;)

So what set of rules are they gonna use??
Here we seem to have a few sets just between states. Jay said its a different set in VIC.
The northerners[QLD] use different set again, so hows this all gonna work??
