Rule book racing is against the spirit of the rules:

Here is a an interesting page on the Motorcycling Australia (MA) website regarding the spirit of the rules here in Australia:

I particularly like this reference, though have not witnessed much of it to date... And by the way chaps... it's a rule...lol:

"The philosophy of these Rules is that good sense, cooperation and a fair and reasonable interpretation of reasonable Rules should be more important than “Rule Book Racing”." (2012 MoM's Pg 36)

P6 is in it's infancy, and everyone has the ability to voice concerns about inclusions, contradictions, or annoyances in relation to the rules that are currently in place. If you think something should be changed, for the better of the class, or any other class for that matter, (self interest would be best not expressed) You have until 30th March to make your submission.

Even though the rules commission makes it clear that your submissions may be ignored, it is worth voicing your concerns (if you have any), as if you don't speak, you won't be heard at all. ;)
