Can anyone I.D. this swingarm? Adjstrs and Clpr Brkt needed.

Post by Noidly1 »

This swing arm is supposed to be for a Euro FZR400.

I believe it is a factory piece because of the cast construction.

Not sure but all diamensions ,except adjusters, match my Deltabox.

What I need are the adjusters for a 17mm axle and the caliper bracket.
The tube inside diamensions are 28mm wide by 50mm tall.

Can anyone help?

Thanks.

Swingarm

Hi 3EN1 is a later version of the 1WG - still a 1WG but with a revised frame and specs. Pretty much any Yamaha dealer outside of the US could get you the bits you need. Have you tried to see if bits from an FZR600 (pre delta box swingarm) will fit. As Yamaha do parts bin engineering I'd bet you can find some compatible pieces from another more common US model - visit you local wreckers and see if they'll let you have a look at their stuff for the right bits.

cheers
