Hash browns, chips/fries, potato cakes, whatever. As long as it has

Has to be real mash, made with Pontiac spuds, warm milk, well seasoned, sometimes a small lashing of Garlic (depending on meal!!) served with a gravy made from the juice of the roast

Don't know really, so where along the way, I've lost my affinity for taters. Although, every now and then, I am able to eat a meal of mashed taters and real gravy which is arguably better than the bakers my wife seems to like, loaded with all the stuff of course. Myself, I guess me most favourite are princess potatoes or gaufrettes.

I'm a fried guy... chips in the UK, french fries in the US. Not as skinny as the MaccyDees ones but not as fat as the English Fish and Chip shop ones either.

I do my own, deep fat frier filled with Virgen Extra Olive Oil, 180ºC, about 5 minutes.
