I have a set of YZF 750 carbs on my FZ and had a clogged pilot jet so took one from a spare set of exup 1000 carbs that I
have.I then see the jet from the 1000 has holes in the side will this matter? THANKS

where did you get the clutch cover? It came from Ebay but I don't know from who...it wasn't a manufacturer/shop. It seems it may have just been a one off.
