Times will fall when you have had time for calming down and allowing it to become second nature, it is difficult to become relaxed with all the new stuff in your head etc.

Basically, check your old ones and see if any of the spade connections are connected to the mounting posts (ohms), if not like mine they are just a straight -ve and +ve connections (either way round). Very quick job in a decent Lathe, do you know any workshops, should be relatively cheap too, they will ask you to remove the tyre before machining.

What is the thickness of the standard bearing? if it's wider than 7mm, you could incorporate a flange on your spacer and have it facing inward, that way the bearing will retain the collar! I would be worried about the collar ring being displaced, would need some sort of locking flange incorporated into the collar to stop it coming adrift.

The nearest would be a 6005RS (double rubber seal) 25id and 47od with 12 width , would require hub machining and different size dust seal.
Ain't gunna be easy tho
