A few people commented last year that while stoner was fast, he didn't have the fitness required to race a 990 at race pace for 40 minutes. Maybe they were right. He's a year older now, he has more experience, possibly more stamina and as an added bonus the bike isn't as powerfull. Have the bikes go...

What position will Nicky Hayden finish in this years Motogp

Not a great start by Nicky at Qatar at the weekend. I said months ago that I thought nicky would struggle to get in the top 3 of the honda's this year, never mind top 3 in the championship. Will he get better and where do you think he'll finish by the end of the year??

Maybe they should go to daytona. I'd love to see the motogp guys up on the banking!!! Not sure how rossi and co would feel riding that close to the wall though!. I read somewhere that 80% of the bikers who attend daytona dont watch any racing though. Is that true??

Motogp test, Jerez

Rossi just won himself a BMW Z4 at the Irta test. Just been watching it on eurosport. The 800's look really fast, and if anything i'd say more spectacular than the 990's. Hayden was faster than he has been on previous tests, but he finished behind pedrosa. I dont know if it was just my imagination, ...

I hope you get it. It'll be good to see some new tracks. I just wish that your tv guys could up their game a bit. I dont know if you get the same feed that we do when the races are in europe, but the coverage is in another league compared to what we got when the motogp guys were at laguna. If you lo...

Just been looking at the track layout on google earth. I notice its an oval with a few curvy bits on the infield. Am I missing something somewhere because there doesn't seem to be much of a track??

The very same. :) It'll be interesting to see how he goes over the year, and will he stay on at the end of the year or will he just burn another bridge. Toseland just took the win from max in race 2. Not a great day for Bayliss, 5th & 8th. Looks like he's going to have to work hard to keep his champ...

Max takes the win, Toseland takes race 2.

First blood to max in the superbikes. I thought Toseland was going to win, but max seemed a lot faster in the last few laps. Can he keep it up for a season though? Not the best race i've ever seen, but there were some good moments. Max passed Corser in the early stages and Corser really made him wor...

Ah, I suppose thats a similar sort of thing to the tax disk that we have to display in the UK. We have to pay £62 a year for this.

Storm damage

We had a pretty bad storm here in the UK on thursday, They reported gust of wind at upto 99mph. We lost our compost bin from the back yard, but other than that seemed to escape anything serious. Others were not so lucky, 12 killed in the uk, loads of damage. This is a picture from the local paper. I...

I can't believe how big that house is! You seem to have more space than my entire street. I live in the middle of the row of houses pictured below, They're known as 2up 2 down's here, You just get the living room & kitchen dowstairs, and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The 2nd bedroom can fit a ...
