Motorcycle Endorsement Class

Here in Arizona you need a motorcycle endorsement on your driver's license to legally ride a motorcycle on the public roads and highways.
Have any of you taken a motorcycle class for your motorcycle license?
Did the course include the following question? What was your answer?
I keep failing the class over this one question.
