Sorry to hear this bad news; then again as pointed out, it could have been so much worse.....things are only things. I'm trying to become less materialistic (would struggle to let go of the VFR though!)

I've moved house 3 times in the last 3 years, and each time it gets easier as we clear out more junk you just don't need, i think there might be one or two more moves before we are done, so i should have it pretty well sorted by then
News here in the U.S. today (Jan 31) reporting that Cyclone Yasi is apporaching the Queensland state coast. Expected to hit the coast Wednesday as a violent Category 4 storm with wind gusts up to 155 mph (250 kph), dumping up to three feet (one meter) of rain.
I hope it passes far north, avoiding forum members and centers of population. But it looks big enough to take out half the state. Stay safe, mates.
