Yeah for that Steve I have to admit, it does serve a good purpose.

Also, I better revise my soapbox statement to say, I am grateful for computers/internet otherwise Forums like these would not be so ready available and this forum has helped me an awful friggen LOT. So thank you Exup Forum!

I'm on there too.

Why do you ask?
If somebody were interested we could do a facebook group or something for people on the forum?
We've got a couple on the go here for organising weekend rides etc.
If you're going to take a shot at me let me know so I can duck...!

Hey Chrissy, I'm on there too ... but it scares me. I do a rant to someone and don't know who, where or when the wrong somebody see it. An old flame from 40yrs ago found me on it and now I gotta learn it. Too many people I don't like snooping around ... might be fun DRUNK !!!

i have considered creating a facebook group for those of us here and keeping it private. i know we can chat on this forum whenever we like, but it would be nice to add a little more than a name/project/bike to each user.

even being in the technology sector, i don't spend much time on facebook. however, it is invaluable for staying easily in contact with friends that are scattered all over the globe.

yeah. now that i am between jobs, i might just hook that up.

watch this space.

ok. facebook group created. i haven't messed with it much, just got it up and running. it is set to private, so if you are on here and you want to also be on there, shoot me a message via the facebook group. it's called EXUP Worldwide.

One thing to note, this WILL NOT take the place of the forum. just another way to foster a bit of growth and friendship among us that continue to spend too much time and money on these great machines.

I just did a search and pressed 'request to join'. So I guess the privacy
has updated now and I'll have to be manually added.

hey guys, sorry to make this a bit of a pain, but when requesting to join could you verify your membership here?

since our screen names on this board don't match our screen names on facebook, it's damn near impossible for me to just instantly recognize someone. not sure if you can add a note to a group request like you can when contacting a friend on there, but it would help.

if not, just let me know here so i can quickly add you.
