It looks a bit like a honda type nc400 rc30 type breather.

due to the fact it is already succumb to vice grips. Wash the fuel out, heat it up with a propane torch. Tighten first then undo.

If that fails, slit the fitting with a dremel. That will relieve the tension and it will come off.

Cheers; I gave it some more heat and it came off. Looks like a JIC fitting. Will clean it up and measure it up properly

It's a Harris item, and they no longer stock them. Closest match is the Suzuki GSXR/RG one
