Been in the high 50s the last few days as well, but the cold stuff is a'coming :sad

Yesterday was gorgeous out. Went running around ton for a few hours and actually ran into a guy with a FZR. Rode with him for a bit and told him about the site. Hopefully he'll find us.

76 degF last week. 86 degF the week before. Really nice riding. Suppose to drop to a high of 56 degF middle of this week. Winter is here already.

I just knew you'd have to tell us about your horrible weather, Don.

I talked to my brother yesterday and he said he got sunburn on Sat in Ga.

Too far left

I'm too far left here. 40ºC in summer, 10ºC below (worst) in winter.

If I go 350km right of here it's 45º in summer and 15-20º in winter.

That's what you get for being in Europe's highest capital city... 667m above sea level. My house (50km from the city centre) is about 800m above sea level. Saw 13ºC below a couple of years ago. Doesn't snow much though 'cos humidity is always very low. Still, you've got to scrpe the bloody winscreen on the car at 07:30 every morning for months. :)

The other local laugh here is the change in temp from morning to afternoon. In the spring and autumn it can vary by more than 20ºC from when you go to work to when you leave!

The sun is so low in the sky during the winter months ... it's almost depressing sometimes.

There, I had my moment of depression. I'm over it now. I think I'm ready to overcome the ravages of winter.

Snow? whats that then?? Not seen any of that for quite some time now. Having a very mild, if wet winter here in the UK. I think i've only had to scrape the ice off the window of my car once. Only hope it stays this way and we dont get a big freeze in feb/march.

SNowed here monday. This morning I turned on teh bypass onramp, caught a cinderblock in the road, caused teh trucks assend to slide into teh curb and popped the tire off the bead. Had to drive down teh highway at 20mph IN teh snow to protect the tire. Still ended up puting a hole in teh sidewall. :x New tire coming by friday.

I've had a couple three inches of snow in the driveway for the last week and a half or so. I'm the only one on my street that can get out...I have a four wheel drive. Everyone else parkes at the top of the hill and walks down. Wimps....

It was snowing here in Tennessee when I left for work night-before-last. I knew the roads were too warm to be of an immediate concern. But it was 26F when I left this morning. Me ol' Yammer starts like "C-C-C-ccccc-cccc-ccccc- Cold !"
