I use water with water wetter for coolant. Hadn't thought about it, but what do you do in the winter time. Bike is in the garage, but it still gets cold enough to freeze.
Drain it and leave it dry, fill it with antifreeze or just leave it alone?

Drain and fill with Coolant/Antifreeze for the winter. Better safe than sorry. You can always switch back in the summer.

Water wetter isnt enough to prevent coolent from freezing. I used RV antifreeze in the racebike for storage. Completely biodegradable, works to -50 (not intended for use while riding, just storage) and cleans out easy.

FZR....you hit the nail on the head there mate
anti-freeze/
COOLANT
there should be no need to change it as its designed to be used in both seasons....to stop freezing in the winter and
boiling in the summer
