Will later model shock/brake lines fit 88 FZR1000?

I asked this question in the model specific board,but thought more may see it here. I need to upgrade my bikes braking and suspension.

I need some braided front lines and want to upgrade my shock as well,but finding parts for 87-88 FZR 1000s are difficult,not to mention the latest sport tires.
My forks are way soft as well(dives bad),but I'm going to work on that with springs/thicker oil.

My bike is lowered about 3/4" if that hellps.
