had to take my rotors off, most of them are stripping out

18 or so years and 36k of use has taken its toll!

the dealer wants 40 bucks for a set

I have found titanium ones for TWICE that

any suggestions on good place to order them up or should I just get em from the dealer?

If the threads on the bolts are trashed....have a look at the threads in the wheel.

As posted under Vendor Reviews :

http://www.eagleday.com/

Ordered M8X20 bolts for my Ducati / Brembo rotors on Thu, 8 Feb 2007 at 10:20 and had them in hand 9:30AM Sat, 10 Feb 2007. Bolts fit perfectly. I give them a AAA rating for service, products and value.

But those ones you got are purdy!

maybe I'll order some of those up a bit later and swap em over

I want to get snowflakes eventually!

I might be selling the snowflakes next week. Looks like we're all getting the axe here at Dell so instead of fixing the FZR, I'll probably part her out.

:hijack Yeah, gotta love downsizing. And the resulting drop in the level of service which makes the company's future profits even smaller and results in more downsizing......... :hijack

And my bad, I thought the entire rotor was being discussed, not just the bolts. $80 for a set of rotor bolts isn't my idea of a good deal, titanium or not.......

Yes it is, but I'm not needing to shave a few grams off the front end to warrant spending that kind of money. A dragracer or road racer, yes, but I'm just a daily commuter.

Tech support is such a dicey way to make a living...... Last to get a decent budget and first to get hit with personnel cuts.
