Spare a thought for Robert Dunlop, Joey Dunlop's brother who was tragically killed in a practice race on thursday evening for Ireland's northwest 200. The road racing is still scheduled to take place this weekend. Also spare a thought for another road racer Martin Finnegan who was also tragically killed in a road race 2 week's ago. Two fine racer's who have been sadly taken away from the sport.
Unfortunatley it is true, Robert came off his 250cc in the qualifying session he was travelling at upto 160mph when the bike appeared to seize, sending him over the handlebars, two of his sons michael and william were also taking part in the session.
