I'm sure the police would be sued. Never mind what he did was wrong, that doesn't matter, it's all about the money. I do believe stupidity should be extremely painful.

That's a little bit tooo harsh in my opinion, they should have just deployed a spike belt or other things. That was just down right friggen cruel really, yes the guy was an arsehole for sure but...... Two wrongs never make a right.
