What's the deal with Factory Pro?

Does anyone have experience with FP?

I sent an email to FP about their complete carb refurb kit but they haven't got back.
Do they answer email, or do I have to phone, hassle etc???

Cheers

I found them OK with answering emails. I had to wait 6 weeks for the parts but they told me up front about that and then delvered when they said they would.

Cheers Mike,

I'll be a little more patient then, it is August after all. Thanks for the info.

They've been good for me, although one email I sent got lost.
If they haven't replied I'd phone them.

I've been ordering for the folk at EXUP1000 from a company called Allens Performance in the UK. If we have 4 orders at the same time, they'll do us a 20% discount proir to VAT and shipping.

If theres something specific you want, I'll ask and add them to the next order if you want. I'll then ship you you at cost.

When are you planning on making another order?

Never had a problem with FP, except for getting a tech on the phone one day. They are a little slower to answer emails, best to phone, if you need an immediate response.
