1990 exup bar convertion
Due to a back problem I have I find more than an hour or so's riding leaves me in agony. So I was wondering if any of you guy's out their had ever fightered a 90 exup if there was any other bars or top yokes from any other bikes that would graft straight on. I'm not a rich bloke so can't afford any expensive kits (anything above a tenner). Thanks for taking the time to read this.
All the best Tony

I would look to acquiring another set of tubes...and fabricating something from the two sets to alter the angle just like heli bars. If you are handy OR know someone who is...probably worth the effort.
-John

Thanks John
I know what your saying, I'd already thought of something along the same lines. Unfortunately I'm not that handy with the spanners, but if I could have found a nice straight bolt on jobby, I think I could have coped. Also if a few people could come up with a couple of different examples it would have given me chance to see which suits me better. But like you say at the end of the day there's always the DIY method.
Regards Tony

Look for a post from "Thermicman" He did a bar change-over if I remember correctly. Went from clip-ons to a regular handle-bar. I looked for it, but couldn't find the thread.

Damn that search engine.

It was in Tech Tips, either of the FZR1000, or in the General Discussion sections.
Tim
<img src="http://img69.photobucket.com/albums/v20 ...
Has anyone seen my keys?
Dir. of Entertainment Eddie & the Cruisers
'94 FZR 1000
