Sure....If you are not going to remove any of the valves ... do not split the upper head...and do not turn it upside down without mapping the valve shims first.<br>Remove the cma chain tensioner and the exhause cam comes out first.<br>Have a look at all of your valves and seats as there is a tendancy for the early valves to be soft<br><br> <p>Jim <!--EZCODE IMAGE START--><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v209/ ... With the engine out of the frame I can have it to the bare crank in a couple of hours. The head will take a bit of time if you require valve work as you will need to clean it up and lap the valves in and then clean it up again...<br>I measure and map the shims before taking it apart so I know where everything goes. then I lap everything and reassemble and remeasure before I put the head back on...Just make sure you're on the base circle and you'll be fine<br>Don't forget to look at the valve to guide clearance and be carefull installing the new guide seals...<br> <p>Jim <!--EZCODE IMAGE START--><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v209/ ...
