I bought the Yamaha OEM Service Manual on CD from Green Manuals (eBay seller). I bought the "1989 - 1995 FZR1000" manual for $7.45
Free shipping in the U.S. via first-class mail. They also ship in Canada.
The manuals are available internationally for download via the internet.
Just use Adobe reader to view the manual. Great resolution quality. Not like some of those fuzzy images you get from other manuals.
Check it out if you're interested in a OEM Service Manual for your motorcycle, ATV, PWC or snowmobile. Prices vary depending on make, model, year. The Yamaha street bikes ranged from $7.45 to $9.45

Spook,
I have a hardcopy Yamaha Service Manual I bought through the Yamaha dealer. The image quality of the CD from Green Manuals is just as good as the hardcopy from Yamaha. The CD version is viewed using Adobe ... so you can search, zoom, etc ... and print any pages you want to take with you.
The Adobe file for the "1989 - 1995 FZR1000" manual is 41MB. You can copy it to your USB device, laptop, etc ... to take with you. You don't have to load the CD everytime.

Hey Stig,
How you been, good to see a post from you. You'd never believe what paddock stand I saw advertised for sale in a Canadian Motorcycle magazine, yup, the exact same one you sent me plans for, no shit.

Yes Yes I know, I said, I'm building a project YZF1070
Basement is done now, 850 finished and gone...
Gotta get the new siding up on the house.
Fixing the FZ1 up, cleaning up garage and then I might even begin

Re: Yamaha Service Manuals
I have bought the manual for my 85 fz750 and I have to say I'm impressed for the price and the quickness of receiving it
