yzf750r questions

I just purchased a 94 fzf750r and love it to death. The bike has just 17k on it with an engine out of a 97 with only 4k miles on it. To start off I need to know if there is any differences in these engines/transmission or cylinder head or camshafts or carburetion. The bike has a K&N airfilter with the stock air box, proffesionaly installed factory jet kit, vance&hines ss2r exhaust and 2 teeth off the front sprocket. It was dynoed at 101 rwhp. It has a horrible flat spot up to about 5,000rpm after that it pulls really hard. Someone told me that its because usually after market pipes require you to remove the exup valve. Are there any pipes on the market you dont have to remove the exup? If so is it worth it to have the bottom end performance back? Would I have to sacrafice top end performance? I purchased individual K&N air filters for it because I cannot understand how Yamaha expected this thing to breathe through that small whole in the airbox lid. But my local speedshop is telling me with out that airbox the carburetion will be very weather sensitive is this true? I have not installed the filters yet because I dont know what size of main jets to get it has 120 mains know and dynojet told me I need 142 mains with the filters but I dont know if dynojet mains will work with the factory pro needles that are in it. Factory does not exactly know what size of their mains i would need. Would it be worth it to buy one of the not so standard jet kits factory makes? Any Ideas on what size jets I will need at very low altitude in Ohio at about 500ft? Are there any typical weakneses of this bike? I heard the clutch basket is weak and you can get a billet one is this true? Oh and one last thing today I rode home from work about an hour commute came home for about an hour went back out and the bike wouldnt turn on not even the headlight there is continuity in the ignition switch about 3.6 ohms is this to high?<br>ANY ADVICE AT ALL IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!<br>Sorry for sounding so lost but I love this bike and want to get as much out of it as possible<br><br>Thanks <p></p><i></i>
