Depends on what year. Earlier models had 18" on the rear. The later years went to a 17" (not sure when they did this though). Sure one of the other boys can answer that one.

I have the 18" on mine. Have considered swapping out to a 17". There's a couple threads somewhere around here that discuss on how to do that. But, if aren't worried about going down to a 17" then stick with the 18" which I would assume is what came stock on your bike.
Nate

87 FZR1000

This space for rent

Don, you are correct. However, this is the SECOND time you have posted "FZR100". I'm bwginning to think you have small bike syndrome.
Clint.

'87 FZR1000T
gen·e·sis (jen-i-sis)n. pl.:The coming into being of something; the origin.

Bike's Too Fast

Post by djalbin »

Clint,
The reason the FZR1000 gets converted to FZR100 is because the bike's so fast that the last "0" keeps sliding off the end. I will have to glue it on better and maybe it will be able to stay on for the ride.

Don <img src=http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v209/ ...
