Why is the next round of MotoGP called the "Nickel & Dime" British Grand Prix?

Ya'll don't have nickels and dimes...

Well...I was going to make a smart a$$ remark, but , I have too many friends in the UK and my Email couldn't take the volume of hate mail....

I had never heard it refered as that either though so I am also curious.
