Tinkering with the YZF

Post by Mike_SS »

As I am following advice and not doing anything to the FZR1000 (yet) I have been tinkering with the 750.

Rotors and cailipers

Home made dash. Cut off the speedo and lights, turn it upside down, print some white faces, paint the needles, cut up some scrap aluminium and voila..(a bit blurry)

Also fitted Factorypro jet kit and had it dyno tuned. Went from 85hp at 10,000rpm to 107hp with a peak of 115hp! Torque curve was about 30% more from 6,000 rpm up :) Should make it a different bike!

That's all looking good mike :) That system was an absolute steal! If you find another one, let me know :)

What a great improvement! I bet you'll love it... (that's a pretty safe bet) :P
